All orders are dispatched on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are dispatched for delivery within 1-2 business days after receiving.
Rates (before shipping & handling costs):
- Free for all orders over $50
- $5 for all orders under $50
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- NSW: 3-4 business days
- VIC: 2-3 business days
- QLD: 5-6 business days
- TAS: 7-11 business days
- SA: 2-5 business days
- WA: 5-6 business days
- NT: 10-14 business days
Express orders placed by 11:00 AM will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Express orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Please note: Not all products are available for Express Delivery. Products that are not available for Express Delivery include - but are not limited to:
- EDP (1.5ml, 15ml, 50ml, 100ml and 500ml or any 5ml sets)
- Home Fragrance 100ml

Delivery states QLD, SA, NSW & VIC are eligible for Two-Day Shipping (Priority Postage). NT & WA are excluded.

We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

Le Labo Online does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.
Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to address any queries or complaints to the correct place of business.
While we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, please note shipping times will be longer during peak holiday periods. Please expect a delay of 5-8 business days during these times.
To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that Australia Post has all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode. P.O Box addresses are also accepted.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of your incorrect data entry.
Le Labo Online only delivers online orders to Australia addresses.
As a consumer, you have certain rights under consumer protection legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law ("Consumer Rights"). Nothing in this Shipping & Returns Policy affects or limits your Consumer Rights.
You will be entitled (at your election) to a full refund or replacement of the same type of product (if reasonably available) or compensation for the drop in value of the item, if the item:
In the case of any other issue with a product, we can choose at our discretion to provide a refund, repair the product or give you a replacement product.
Subject to your Consumer Rights, all creations are final sale. Because all Le Labo creations are hand-prepared to order with personalized labels, we do not accept returns nor exchanges except as required by law.
